Our M1 Middle Pickup Switch is a "customer installed" product. It is used to control a single-coil pickup by turning it Off or On (in either normal-phase or reverse-phase).  
 
Although it can be used to control any single-coil pickup, it is typically used with HSH Stratocaster upgrade projects; along with our T4/T4Plus Switch and VT-3 or VT-4 Volume-Tone control. This will give you up to 276 pickup tones. Your instrument must also have two 4-wire humbucker pickups to give you more pickup tones.
